Your Right to Delete Data

Under data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from TextFancy.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account and profile information
• Your email address and authentication credentials
• Your usage statistics (request counts, word counts)
• Any stored preferences or settings

Note: Text content you submit for processing is not stored by us. It is sent directly to OpenAI's API and is subject to OpenAI's data retention policies.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion in two ways:

Option 1: Submit Request Form

Fill out the form below with your account email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Us Directly

Send an email to privacy@textfancytool.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address.

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use TextFancy again
• We may retain certain information as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes)
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion
